Good value for money, hotel situated out of the city center and you’ll need a car to get into town, but other than that the location is great. We had a car, so we had no problem moving around. Spoleto is not a bit city, so there are plenty of free parking lots, which is great. We also liked the breakfast.

Good option if you arrive to Spoleto by car. the property is a 15 min walk from the city centre along a main road. Easy access from the highway. The hotel was pleasant and breakfast was good. If you don´t have a car while you're there, you better stay somewhere closer to the main highlights.

Delicious breakfast, friendly staff, convenient parking and gas station nearby! Rooms cleaned every day and clean linens and towels. The friendly receptionist Amjed was memorable! He helped me to extend my room for one more night!

This was a quick stay for me. I choose it because it was walking distance from the train station. I arrived late and left early. It was perfect for me. Everyone who attended me was incredibly nice and helpful. Even pouring me a glass of wine from the cafe bar which was closed when I arrived; much appreciated after a long two days of travel.
